I think all who race the KBS this year will be very happy as to how it is ran. With the same crew at all tracks doing the flagging, tech and scoring along with a pit stewart and at least two track flagman many of the complaints should be minimized. In addition any additional cost for paying for this help will be absorbed by all involved including spectators and any funds not spent for such help will also be returned to the karters in some form at the banquet. Nick and Matt are realy putting some effort behind the KBS this year. They only ask that if anyone who has questions about the rules, classes and other technical aspects of the series direct them to the ones listed on KBS web site,Bob's or any other forum is not the place to post such inquires as others who are not in the decision making will put out information that could possibly be in error. The next KBS meeting is Feb 13th and all final decisions regarding, muffler rules, class structures, weights and fees will be made at that time. All this information has been relayed to me by Nick and I'm posting it exactly as he told it to me. I hope everyone gives Nick and Matt the same support that you all gave us last year and if you do so it will be larger and better than it was in 2004. The karters from KBS last year were the best around and the fact that many were invited to the Little and Big Dog invitational in Georgia shows that others reconized it also.I also expect others from out of state to make it this year also. Good luck to all who run this series and I also hope you support the SIBS events also as Randy is trying very hard with putting on a low entry fee event(but 100% payback),a low gate fee and sponsors picking up the other costs such as banquet, insurance and operating fees. If he can pull this off then many will be trying to copy him and all karters should love it.

The day is going to be here before we know it. I am being told that we may be the premiere series to run this year in the tristate area. Things are looking good crew is in place and times are set. The class structure will be on the websight soon. Be sure to check our web sight completely and get all the inside info on the series of the year.
