Just an FYI to potential kart builders out there. I've encountered a "supplier" who appears to be scamming customers. Alvin Fox of Tecumseh Motor Sports in W. Virginia has been selling performance parts but bilking many buyers out of their money. I was personally taken for almost $450.00 and have spoken with several others who were similarly scammed...one lost almost 1000.00 to Alvin. His method is to promise you everything you need at a reasonable (not pie in the sky...just reasonable) price and then INSIST that you pay by check with a promise to deliver the day after the check posts. You will not get your parts if you fall for this. The check will post and you will have no parts and no resolution short of small claims court. I did an after the fact check and found that he has had some "non-delivery" complaints logged against him with the BBB. I did some additional research later and discovered that I was not alone by any means. I should have checked before I sent him the money but you guys can avoid the problem by simply looking else where for your parts. For referance: www.tecumsehmotorsports.com/FOX%20INDEXDARK2.htm

i sent frank an email the owner of oval kart mag he said he may look into it, i talked to him about the BBB and he said they normally only post the complaint and never the resolution of the problem but he will more than likely look into it and if anything comes of it i will repost with his resolution or response to this company
