The KBS website has been updated, pics have been posted, points are to date and the top three in all classes have been highlited.....
Be sure to check out the banquet information and be sure to print out form and mail in by dated noted...
for catering plans to be made on number of attendees

The website has again been updated, with all the photos and all the champions listed, including the Junior and Senior overall champions...
Congratulations to all who won in your respective classes, and great job on the series by Cecil and Nick your hard work really showed....

;DI thought everyone might like that... I thought it was cool.... Great job Trent and Kenny.... and all competitors.. It was a nice series and I for one am glad that I was apart of it..... Lots of competition...

Important Notice KBS Banquet
Based upon the fact that we had not been able to give sufficient notice about the Banquet being switched from Motorhead to Princeton and on differant dates we the KBS Board have agreed to the following.
You may have another karter ,your family member ,relative or friend come to the banquet and pick up your ticket(1 per Karter who raced the KBS) and fill out you name and kart number on the duplicate ticket,if your name is drawn, that person you designated will make your selection (all merchandise will be awarded by karters choice in order drawn) we will not wait till they call you and will not be responsible for their actions,selections and etc.In other words they will be acting as you ,if you were there,there choice is yours and that is final.
For merchandise and contigencies that are pre designated to certain winners or finishing positions these persons do not have to be there,in addition we are trying to have the trophies available at least one week prior to the banquet for those who cannot make it to the banquet and won't have someone there to accept it,we do need pictures so this is still being worked out.
Many had asked individuals with the KBS to have something done about the banquet give-a-ways but again this Series is run by a board that set the rules and agenda from day one and to change things it required the board to agree to this change,I'm sorry that some didn't like the way I responded to their request for special consideration but after a few of these it finally got to me,considering that I was only following what the board had orginally set up.
We the KBS board learned a lot this year,this being our first attempt at trying something of this magnitude,our early reports from those who wanted to run this series indicated that we could draw 120 to 150 karters but many sponsors and other tracks said no way,you the karters proved them wrong ,we average over 145 per event and the majority said they would do it again,yes we have listened to many suggestions and have compiled them for who-ever promotes this series in the future.Continue to make suggestions and send them to us and I will make sure that they are added to the list for the ones who do this series next year. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the banquet and congrats go out to all of you ,not just the winners of trophies .
